Here’s the most commonly
asked questions that our new
customers inquire about.
On our services page there is a button inside each of our management plans that will redirect you to a checkout page where you’ll be able confirm your purchase, safely send your WordPress credentials, and then proceed to make your payment with either PayPal or a credit card.
On your checkout screen, there will be a section towards the bottom titled “Important Information” There, you’ll be able to provide us with your credentials by following the steps listed.
If you have already made payment but did not submit your credentials, don’t worry. You’ll be receiving an email after you sign up for a management plan that will contain a link where you can securely send us your WordPress login info.
You can choose to create a separate user account for us to use if you prefer to keep your real password private. If you need us to walk you through the process of setting up another user account, contact us at email@example.com.
First Payments: We accept payments through PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can use any major credit card at checkout. Once you’ve purchased a service package, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Monthly Payments: Your management bill is sent out monthly and will be due on the anniversary date of when you received your subscription confirmation email.
- EX: If you buy a maintenance package on April 5th and your confirmation email arrives on April 7th, your next monthly bill will be due on May 7th. There is a 5 day grace period, which means that your bill should be paid no later than the fifth day past your deadline.
Once you’ve paid your initial subscription charge, you can expect your management services to begin within 1-2 business days.
Depending on the plan you’ve chosen, the first 24-48 hours of management may involve optimization procedures that include testing in order to make our services work best with your site.
If there is an urgent problem, you can always contact us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to address any pressing matters as soon as possible.
We can either walk you through it or perform the migration for you. Migrations are typically executed within normal business hours (Monday-Friday between 9:00a.m. and 9:00p.m. ET).
Yes. We require all those looking for our services to be customers of our management packages.
Whether you sign up for the Bronze, Silver, or Gold Option, the hack repair service will be available to you at an extra charge of $99 for the month you needed it.
If we find that your site has been hacked, we will notify you immediately.
To have your site repaired by us, we offer a one-time hack repair for only $99.
Just let us know if you’d like us to fix your website and the extra charge will be added to your next monthly bill. We’ll do our best to get you back up and running within a reasonable time.
To repair a hacked site, you’ll need to supply us with your hosting account credentials.
With Site Revisions, we’ll help you make minor changes to content on your site such as media, image, and text revisions. However, this excludes things like full website redesigns, content creation, and custom development.
If you’re a Silver or Gold customer, you’ll be to make use of our support ticket system. Just fill out the “Support Ticket” form on our contact page, then attach any necessary files and submit it to us. We’ll get working on it for you as quick as we can.
WP Optimizing offers a special that grants all of the Bronze Package’s services and features for free to every 100th customer for an entire year! If you’ve been selected to receive this promotion, but would like more than what the Bronze Package has to offer, each month you’ll simply pay the difference of whatever package you desire.
EX: You’re a 100th customer but would like the Gold Package features. You’ll only have to pay $99 per month as opposed to the normal $149. Pretty great, huh?
If you find that are services just aren’t for you and you’ve already subscribed to one of our management plans, you’re eligible for a full refund within the first 5 business days after you receive your subscription confirmation email. Any refunds requested after that time will not be eligible and you’ll be required to pay for that month’s services. You can opt out of your next month so that your subscription will not continue.
